As a Customer Care Executive at Maxicus, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and general information about products and services. Additionally, you will handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and patient demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure. Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
- Meet and exceed customer service metrics and KPIs
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
