Job Description
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Utilize CRM software to log all customer interactions and update customer information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers
- Work diligently to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Continuously strive to improve customer care processes and procedures
- Report to Customer Care Manager and participate in team meetings and training sessions
