BLD OUTSOURCING SERVICES is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer concerns in a professional manner. The Customer Care Executive will also be expected to maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with customers as needed. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role. Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
