- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize company’s CRM system to track and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex customer issues
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance goals
- Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor during high-stress situations
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
