Responsibilities:
• leads meet the qualifications for further engagement and conversion.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process, utilizing CRM tools and automated workflows to schedule follow-up tasks and track interactions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers, analyzing customer data and purchasing history to capitalize on relevant opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
