Job Description
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to CRM activities
- Provide training and support to staff members on CRM systems and best practices
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in CRM technology and strategy
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system
- Support the overall customer experience strategy of the company.
