Job Description
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns related to credit card products
- Regularly update knowledge on credit card offerings and competitive products in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
