Job Description
- Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Create engaging and informative content including blog posts, articles, social media updates, email newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing and cohesive content.
- Manage and optimize content across different digital platforms including the company website, social media channels, and email marketing.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Utilize SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and advertising campaigns using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing, digital advertising, and HR technology.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Developer, Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types and successful campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for crafting engaging narratives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
