Job Description

- Provide counseling services to individuals

seeking personal and professional development

- Communicate effectively with clients to establish rapport and address their needs

- Write engaging and informative content for Achievers organization's website and social media platforms

Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a courteous manner

- Utilize Excel to organize and analyze data related to counseling sessions and client progress

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop programs and resources for clients

- Stay updated on trends and best practices in counseling and mental health support

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions with clients.
