- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions for individuals seeking personal or professional guidance
- Assist in developing content for marketing materials, blog posts, and social media platforms
- Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Utilize Excel to input and analyze data related to client progress and program effectiveness
- Actively listen and communicate clearly to ensure clients fully understand advice and recommendations given
- Collaborate with team members to develop personalized action plans for each client
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when discussing sensitive information with clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the most relevant guidance to clients.
