- train and educate staff on blood collection, processing, and storage protocols

- collaborate with medical staff to support patient care and transfusion requirements
- conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate blood centre performance
- recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
- stay current on advancements in transfusion medicine and blood banking technology
- participate in industry conferences and training to stay informed on best practices.
