Job Description
- Monitor and control computer systems to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of computer system activities, including error logs and production reports
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and operating systems as needed
- Perform routine backup and restore procedures to protect data integrity
- Collaborate with IT staff to ensure proper functioning of computer systems and resolve technical issues
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance system performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all operations
