Job Description
- Assist the Company Secretary in regulatory compliance and corporate governance
- Support in drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions for board meetings
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for corporate communication
- Assist in maintaining statutory records and filing annual returns with relevant authorities
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge of company law and secretarial practices
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary in day-to-day tasks
- Assist in conducting legal research and analysis on relevant corporate matters
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Learn and understand the responsibilities and duties of a Company Secretary within the organization
- Help in the organization and coordination of corporate events and meetings
