The Company Secretary at ARK CORPORATE ADVISORS PVT. Job Description

- Serve as the chief administrative officer of the company
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and file necessary documents with government authorities
- Coordinate and prepare agendas for board meetings
- Record minutes of board meetings and maintain corporate records
- Liaise with external legal counsel on various matters
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Advise the board on governance issues and best practices
- Coordinate shareholder meetings and communications
- Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders.
