- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any issues
- Utilize computer systems to accurately input customer information and update records
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of performance
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure
- Meet or exceed established goals and metrics for call volume and customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
