Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to set up payment plans and negotiate payment arrangements
- Monitor payment status and follow up with clients who have fallen behind on payments
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and payments made
- Provide regular updates to management on collections progress and challenges
- Identify and escalate any potential issues with clients or accounts
- Meet monthly collection targets and goals set by management
- Stay up to date on collection laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the collection process
