We are hiring for CNC Machine Operator. Training will be provided.

1. Machine Setup: Assist in the setup and preparation of CNC machines for operation, including loading materials, installing cutting tools, and configuring machine settings.

2. Operation Monitoring: Monitor CNC machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or deviations from specifications.

3. Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy, completeness, and quality, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Report any defects or discrepancies to supervisors.

4. Tool Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged cutting tools and machine components.

5. Programming Assistance: Assist in the loading and execution of CNC programs to control machining operations. Learn basic programming concepts and techniques under the guidance of experienced programmers.
