Job Description
🔹 Provide friendly and professional customer support to parents and new enquiries via phone and in-person interactions.
🔹 Assist with inquiries related to admissions, schedules, registration and general information.
🔹 Guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process, providing information on available classes, fees structure and guidelines.
🔹 Coordinate with Operations Manager & Art Instructors to address parents needs, schedule changes, and other issues as they arise.
🔹 Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer satisfaction.
🔹 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
🔹 Assist with marketing efforts by promoting institute events, workshops and exhibitions to current and prospective students.
🔹 Stay up-to-date on institute policies, procedures, and program offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
🔹 Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
REQUIREMENTS :
🔹 Graduate
🔹 Proficiency in Computers and ability to work on Microsoft Office & Excel
🔹 Previous experience in customer services or related field, preferably in an educational or arts organisation
🔹 Command over written & verbal communication skills
🔹 Friendly and Professional communication
🔹 Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
Salary: 18000 to 22000
Note: We will prefer candidates living in a radius of 6 to 10 kms of Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi : 110024
