Job Description
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met
- Prepare reports on client accounts and provide insights to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights
- Assist in developing client presentations and proposals
- Coordinate client events and activities to strengthen relationships.
