Forehedge Marketing is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Job Description

- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met
- Prepare reports on client accounts and provide insights to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights
- Assist in developing client presentations and proposals
- Coordinate client events and activities to strengthen relationships.
