The Deep Stambh Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Hostel Rector to oversee the daily operations and management of our hostel facilities. Responsibilities include supervising hostel staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets and expenses, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient living space. The Chief Hostel Rector will also work closely with other departments to coordinate activities and events for residents. Job Description

We are hiring for Chief Hostel Rector for Physical Disabilities Students

- Oversee all operations and management of the hostel facility
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Create and implement policies and procedures for hostel residents
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
- Manage budget and financial resources for the hostel
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with the Deep Stambh Foundation team to support residents' holistic development
- Provide leadership and mentorship to hostel staff
- Address any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work towards the mission and vision of Deep Stambh Foundation in all hostel activities

Salary : 25k-30k
