As a Chat Support Executive at Vahan Technologies India Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer support through chat channels. Job Description

- Providing online support to customers via chat, email, and phone
- Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with the product development team to enhance customer experience
- Monitoring chat queues and ensuring timely responses to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborating with other teams to improve customer support processes
- Providing product recommendations and troubleshooting solutions
- Developing rapport and relationships with customers to promote loyalty
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Contributing to a positive and customer-centric work culture
