Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service through chat process.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while speaking with customers.
- Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals.
