- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and increase the customer base

- Provide expert advice to customers on various CASA products and services

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account opening processes
- Stay updated with market trends, industry regulations, and product knowledge
- Generate sales reports and provide feedback to the management on sales activities and performance
