- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, online research, and customer referrals
- Build relationships with prospective customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable CASA products
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers about the benefits and features of CASA products
- Actively participate in sales meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and pipeline reports using CRM software
