- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and expanding the customer base
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through effective sales techniques and top-notch customer service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth of CASA sales
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to propose innovative strategies and maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate information to customers and resolve any queries or concerns promptly
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required by the management team
