Job Description
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and onboarding new customers
- Meeting sales targets by promoting CASA products through various marketing channels, including direct sales, referrals, and partnerships
- Providing excellent customer service to resolve queries, complaints, and provide product information
- Assisting customers in opening and managing CASA accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
- Conducting regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote upselling opportunities
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations, timely transactions, and accurate reporting
