Job Description
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various marketing activities
- Meet sales targets by convincing and enrolling new customers for CASA products
- Provide detailed information and explanations to customers regarding account features, benefits, and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to enhance customer experience and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate account opening and ensure smooth onboarding process for customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities
