- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account setup for new customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, forecast, and market analysis
- Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with customers to maximize revenue
