Unitinfotech is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Centre Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct surveys, and promote company products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Job Description

- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns
- Utilize computer systems to track and process customer interactions and data
- Follow company guidelines and scripts to ensure consistent communication and customer service
- Collaborate with team members to reach performance goals and targets
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively, finding solutions to resolve issues
- Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies to protect customer information.
