Ovum Hospitals is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information to patients and customers, scheduling appointments, and accurately updating patient records in our system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong customer service mindset. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and make a positive impact on patient care.
Job Description

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information to patients and assist them with scheduling appointments
- Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Update patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Meet and exceed performance goals for call volume and customer service
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote Ovum Hospitals' values
- Stay current on hospital services and policies
- Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
