The Call Center BPO Manager at Get Slim will oversee and manage the daily operations of our call center team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include supervising call center agents, analyzing call center data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of customer service and upholding the reputation of Get Slim in the weight loss industry.
Job Description

- Manage a team of call center representatives
- Handle day-to-day operations of the call center
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service
- Monitor and analyze call center performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of call center staff
- Train and onboard new call center representatives
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Collaborate with other department managers to enhance overall customer experience
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
