- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth in the real estate valuation sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the real estate valuation market.
- Sales Management: Set performance targets, and provide mentorship to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
- Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
