Your role is crucial in establishing our market position by locating, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships nationwide. Responsibilities: · Prospect for new clients, converting leads into business opportunities. · Conduct strategic cold calls within your market to ensure a strong pipeline. · Identify key decision-makers, building and maintaining client relationships. · Research and cultivate relationships with potential clients. · Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to boost sales. · Utilize market knowledge to develop unique selling propositions. · Collaborate with the marketing team to fulfill prerequisites. · Conduct business development training and mentor internal staff. Working Days & Timings: · Monday to Saturday (6 days) · 10 am to 7 pm · Sunday (Fixed week off) Desired Skills: Seeking a Business Development Trainee with strong closing skills, sales motivation, effective prospecting, customer-centric selling, and proficiency in sales planning.
