Job Description
Hiring BDMs with 2 - 6 years of work experience in Edtech Companies.
Must speak Fluent Kannada and English
Also hiring Telugu and Marathi native speakers.
Work from office, Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
To be ideal for this role, you should: have managed a team of Inside sales /counselors who guide students with their career decisions, have the skill to empower your team to answer all questions about the Client's courses, have proven experience in leading a sales team to reach revenue goals, be eager to work in a fast-paced startup, and be looking for a managerial role.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of BDAs and sales representatives to achieve a given revenue target.
Continuously monitoring and training the team to improve performance and conversions.
Taking responsibility for ensuring the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned Sales Team.
Phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Handling escalations and improving customer experience.
Making propositions, giving suggestions, and designating sales targets and job obligations to each team member.
Must speak fluent Kannada or Telugu or Marathi language and be ready to relocate to Hyderabad
Excellent English Comm skills,
Salary Budget: 7 LPA - 14 LPA
BDA/Snr BDA can apply if you are achieving 5 lakhs and above the monthly target.
