We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the filter press and filtration market, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with clients.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends within the filter press and filtration industry.

• Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and nurturing potential clients to expand the customer base.

• Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns tailored to target markets.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Yotana’s product offerings and capabilities, and effectively communicate these to potential clients.

• Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts with clients.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the filter press and filtration industry.

• Skills:

o Strong understanding of the filtration market and Yotana’s product line, including membrane and fully automatic filter presses.

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

o Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.

o Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
