Job Description

Hiring BDA/Senior BDA/Team Leader/BDMs ( Inside sales experience )

Position: Business Development Manager

For Edtech Company in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana

Who can apply?

Anywhere from India who can speak fluent Kannada and English language

Currently in Karnataka location or anywhere in India ready to relocate to Hyderabad can apply.

Experience: Min 1 year - 6 years

Age criteria: 22 - 30 max

Salary Budget: 7 LPA - 14 LPA

Min 5 months and above Team handling experience

Must work from the Office, Full-time opportunity

If you have experience managing a team of counselors who guide students with their career decisions, can instill empathy in your team to address all queries regarding Client offered courses for potential learners and help them make a decision faster, have proven experience in driving the outcomes from a sales team in achieving revenue targets, are looking to work in the environment of a high-growth startup, and are looking for a managerial role, then you’re ideal for this role.

List of responsibilities that you will be handling in this role:

Leading a team of Business Development Associates & sales representatives to achieve a given revenue target.

Continuously monitoring and training the team to improve performance and conversions.

Counseling learning prospects, offering career advice, and providing a sense of how our Certification Programs can accelerate their career.

Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of Emerging IT Technology offered Programs.

Taking responsibility for ensuring the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned Sales Team. Phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall under this category.

Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.

Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets.

Analyzing and sharing active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team.

Handling escalations and improving customer experience.

Making propositions, giving suggestions, and designating sales targets and job obligations to each team member.

Giving prompt responses on crucial issues and suggesting solutions.

Note: If you are a BDA/Senior BDA achieving a monthly target above 5 Lakhs can apply for the BDM role
