Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to the senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve collective goals
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
