Job Description

o          Research and identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities for growth.

o          Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s customer base.

o          Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

o          Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

o          Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes.

o          Create comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company’s goals.

o          Set and track sales targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.

o          Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align business development strategies with the company’s overall objectives.

o          Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

o          Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to the company’s business.

o          Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to inform business strategy.

o          Develop and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.

o          Track and report on key metrics, such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention.

o          Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes.

o          Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

o          Provide feedback from clients and the market to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.

o          Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales or business development staff.

o          Lead by example in achieving personal sales targets and contributing to team goals
