Responsibilities:
- Accomplishment of department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
- Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and appoint the required number of employees.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
- Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
- Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
- Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, and paid time off, telecommuting, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling.
- Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department. Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
- Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
NOTE: To get the salary you must achieve a minimum of 40℅ of target compulsory. If you achieve below 40% of the given target, then salary will be calculated 4% of the target you have achieved
Benefits You Get:
- Attractive salary package.
- You will get incentives of 3 types viz. daily, weekly and monthly of minimum 1% to maximum 10% depend on your performance and according to the target you have achieved.
- You will get chance every month to earn bonus equal to your salary.
Other Allowances: - If you achieve 50%of the given target, you will get 5% of the monthly salary as allowance in JSM employee wallet.
- If you achieve 75%of the given target, you will get 10% of the monthly salary as allowance in JSM employee wallet.
- If you achieve 100%of the given target, you will get 15% of the monthly salary as allowance in JSM employee wallet.
Probation: - Within 15 days of your joining, you have to sell any 15 plans compulsory. If you fail to achieve this target, the company has sole right to decide whether you are suitable for this job or not.
- You shall be on probation for 6 months to 24 months from the date of joining.
- Your performance will be reviewed and evaluated at regular intervals during the Probation.
Required Documents: - All the educational mark sheets are compulsory.
- Offer letter, experience letter and relieving letter is compulsory.
- Documents as Pan card, Aadhar card, passport size photo and one cancelled cheque, last 3 months bank statement, current residence proof is compulsory
