Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

 

  • • chieve Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to meet or exceed goals. Client Engagement:
  • Conduct daily tele-calling or face-to-face meetings with new and existing clients to drive business expansion.
  • Visit Modern Trade Stores or Food Exhibitions weekly to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Collaboration and Review:
  • Participate in weekly review meetings with the internal team to assess performance and strategize for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Minimum of one-year sales experience in any industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Other Requirements:
  • Proficient communication skills are mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Qualification is not a primary requirement; however, English communication proficiency is essential.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission structure and benefits package including health insurance and paid time off
