Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential clients through market research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
    • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Meet with prospective clients in person to understand their web development requirements and challenges.
    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
  3. Solution Presentation:
    • Present FlashCube IT’s web development services, capabilities, and value proposition in a compelling and persuasive manner.
    • Customize solutions to align with clients’ specific needs and business goals.
  4. Proposal Development:
    • Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and meet client expectations.
  5. Negotiation and Closure:
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business.
    • Ensure that all agreements are in compliance with company policies and standards.
  6. Account Management:
    • Manage and grow client accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling web development services.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the engagement.
  7. Market Insights:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Share insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams for strategy refinement.
  8. Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and sales forecasts.
    • Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales progress.
  9. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including web developers and project managers, to ensure a smooth handover of projects and client expectations.
  10. Client Feedback:
    • Gather client feedback to continuously improve services and address any issues promptly.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business consulting and business development, preferably in the web development or IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of web development concepts and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.
