Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru, offering a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation while building meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential clients in key B2B segments
  • Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Track and manage sales progress to achieve and exceed targets.

2. Customer Engagement and Acquisition

  • Deliver compelling sales pitches, addressing client needs and resolving objections effectively.
  • Oversee seamless customer onboarding, ensuring a positive transition to Convogenie.ai services.

3. Product Expertise and Demonstrations

  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI for potential clients.
  • Provide technical support during demonstrations to instil client confidence and gather valuable feedback.

4. Strategic Growth and Market Insights

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify areas for innovation and growth.

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely support and issue resolution.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

6. Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the management team to optimize strategies.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, IT solutions, or SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Experience: 1-2 Years

CTC: ₹ 4 LPA to ₹ 6 LPA
