Job Description
We are hiring freshers business analyst (IT)/ BDE for an I.T company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the web and app development team for timely completion of the projects.
- Communication between the client and the technical teams.
- Publishing documentation in format required for project delivery.
- Writing case studies and blogs for the projects and websites developed.
- Generating revenue and projects and closing deals with international clients.
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Technical recommendation and testing.
- Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.
- Creating documents like BRS / SRS and project cost estimation.
- Identifies client organizations strength and weakness and suggests area of improvement.
- Reviewing documents for language, punctuation, and style or formatting errors with proficiency.
- Interacting with new or existing clients for projects allotment and make a clear understanding of their requirements.
- Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT.
- Proactively resolves clients satisfaction issues.
