Royal Enfield Code is seeking a dynamic Brand Champ/Sales Consultant to represent our brand and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of the Royal Enfield brand. Responsibilities include promoting our products, providing product knowledge to customers, and driving sales through outstanding customer service. The Brand Champ/Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, driving brand awareness, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Description

- Represent and promote Royal Enfield motorcycles in a positive and enthusiastic manner
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and increase brand loyalty
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and culture of Royal Enfield
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns.
