The Branch Manager at SBI Life is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and sales activities at a designated branch location. They will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing company policies and procedures. The Branch Manager will also be involved in recruiting, training, and developing staff, as well as managing budgets and financial performance. Job Description

- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals
- Monitor branch performance and create action plans to address any areas of improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and industry partners
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to achieve overall business objectives
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
