EJS Global Solutions is seeking experienced and motivated BPO Trainers to join our team. The BPO Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to new and existing employees in our business process outsourcing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations and training, with excellent communication and coaching skills. Duties will include developing training materials, conducting workshops and simulations, evaluating trainee performance, and providing feedback to improve performance. The BPO Trainer will also work closely with management to identify training needs and implement strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity. Job Description

- Conduct training programs for new and existing BPO employees
- Develop training materials and resources for BPO agents
- Monitor and assess the performance of BPO agents during training
- Provide feedback and coaching to BPO agents to improve their skills and performance
- Coordinate with management to identify training needs and performance gaps
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BPO training
- Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure seamless training delivery
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and agent progress
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new BPO agents

- Location: Ambala
- Salary offered: 2.3 lpa – 3.3 lpa
- Exp: 5 years, where in last 1.6 years in BPO as TL
