- Research and evaluate blockchain technologies to determine potential use cases for Naghavi Financial Services Private Limited
- Design and develop blockchain solutions to improve transparency, efficiency, and security in financial operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate blockchain technology into existing systems and processes
- Monitor and analyze blockchain network performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Provide training and support to staff on how to use blockchain technology effectively
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in blockchain technology to ensure Naghavi Financial Services remains competitive
- Lead initiatives to implement blockchain solutions that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Evaluate the potential risks and benefits of blockchain implementation and recommend courses of action to senior management
- Work closely with external partners and vendors to implement blockchain solutions that meet the company's requirements
- Stay informed on regulatory requirements related to blockchain technology and ensure compliance in all solutions developed.
