The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT staffing industry, specifically in placing consultants on bench and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Responsibilities include identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates, negotiating rates, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful placements. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining a strong network of consultants and clients, staying updated on market trends, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales mentality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Actively source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals for contract and full-time positions
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build a pipeline of potential candidates
- Perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and job fit
- Maintain relationships with existing consultants and client managers to drive placement opportunities
- Negotiate rates and terms of engagement with candidates and clients
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals
- Track and update candidate activity and status in the applicant tracking system
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement targets
- Contribute to team meetings and share best practices for recruiting success.
