Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking remote Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will generate leads, assist students with admissions, and collaborate with Academic Counselors and fellow BDEs to meet monthly enrollment targets. Compensation is performance- based, rewarding you for every successful enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads: Identify and connect with prospective students.
  • Coordinate with the Team: Work with Academic Counselors and BDEs to support student enrollment.
  • Guide Students: Assist in program selection and ensure smooth enrollment.
  • Achieve Monthly Targets: Convert leads into enrollments to meet or exceed set goals.

Career Growth Path:

  1. Academic Counselor – Manage company-provided leads and assist students.
  2. Sales Coordinator – Oversee and coordinate sales activities.
  3. Operations Manager & Project Coordinator – Lead operational processes and projects.
  4. Project Head – Drive strategic initiatives across AMRI Foundation.

Compensation Structure:

No fixed salary: the role is entirely performance- based

  • Degree/PG Enrollment: ₹1,500 per enrollment
  • Open School Enrollment: ₹2,000 per enrollment
  • Credit Transfer Enrollment: ₹2,500 per enrollment
  • B.Ed. or M.Ed. Enrollment: ₹3,000 per enrollment

Total potential salary in an ideal scenario is ₹15,000 with incentives for additional enrollments.

Qualifications:
